Showcase Lofts (Aragon Properties) - Real Estate -

This one turned out surprisingly well. Especially on the inside. Well done.

Yeah. I live nearby and watched it go up. Turned out much nicer once they committed to bricking 2/3 of the exterior rather than sticking with the original precast design. Looks like quality workmanship from those Youtube clips. Narrow units, though... I wonder if more developments are moving to the European-style skinny fridges to save a little space.

EDIT: They're occupied up to the fourth floor as of today.

One thing that I found interesting and different is they only have 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. No 1 bedroom+den units in the entire building. I was surprised to hear this since 1bed+den is such a hot seller. Anyways, I was at the sales center when this thing started selling to the public and was impressed. But didn't really like the exterior and wasn't too sure about the builder since they weren't well known in Toronto. The prices were great too. Often times, buildings don't live up to the hype, but this one came out much better than expected. Reminds me of 500, Rezen, market wharf, etc.. Buildings that came out so much better than expected.
