36-60 McCaul appears to be the entire block from Stephanie to Grange. I wonder if this is going to be an OCAD related project.

Join Councillor Vaughan to hear more about a proposed development at 36-60 McCaul Street. This site is located on the west side of McCaul Street, between Stephanie Street and Grange Road. An application has not yet been submitted about this proposal.
The development proposal for QRC West Phase 2, at 375-381 Queen St W will also be presented. This application is for an office building with retail at grade, and was originally presented at a community meeting in October 2011. This site is located at the SW corner of Queen and Peter Streets, where the Gap store is currently located.
