Driving by I noticed an application sign for this property. Some more midrise infill coming to Sheppard Ave E.

Here is what the area will look like once this project and the one on Rean Drive is completed.

This area continues to change. At 700 Sheppard Avenue East, real estate broker "Mr. Most" has for sale signs for about 6 to 7 dwellings. I expect those may be sold to Shane Baghai or another developer.

Don't know why this project got rebranded from Insignia to Vida condos .... everything stayed exactly the same in the design
