I wonder if mixed use mean ground floor retail or if there will be a few floors of office too.

Anyways, 8 levels of underground parking is a lot! Are there any other projects with so many underground levels?

College Park has 7 (the most I know of).
 
Minto sales center was leased by the power workers association (the entire building) it won't be part of this.

Otherwise, great news.

not that I like this building, but why do developers replace a functioning midrise, instead of buying some low rise properties on the side streets nearby (Soudan Ave, Hillsdale ave for example), demolish them and erecting a tower? Won't it be cheaper? I am sure for the right price, some owners will be willing to sell.
