Location
Mississauga, where cars rule city growth
These townhouses were never part of the original plan and are located at the south west side of the site as 6 buildings going up to Arbtlus Way/Princess Royal Dr from Burnhamthorpe Rd.

It was part of the relocation of density due to Sq One Dr.

Block 2 & 10 are park areas

I would have preferred the originally planned midrises rather than the townhomes they replaced them with. They look ridiculous next to 40-50 storey buildings in the render.

This is the next phase and the sign is up for it.

Mod's title change: Parkside Village: Towns (MCC, Blocks 3 & 5, Amacon, 3s Townhouses, ?)

construction has started on this one...

Dec 26: Mod's Parkside Village: The Towns (MCC, Blocks 5 & 3, Amacon, 4s Townhouses, EI Richmond Architects Ltd)

More up on site

They have used different brick colour than the renderings oncs. Nice to see a different colour been used than the dark gray that showing up these days

All the walls, floors and roof are prefabricated panels off site with next to no extra framing require on site.

Manufacturers will make anything to your specifications, but you can get a deal on a botched order that the manufacturer has no other buyers for.

It's been a while but, I've purchased my share of doors and they came primed in an off white as a dark primer wouldn't make a whole lot of sense. Of course, you can go all out and buy a door with a custom paint job for a huge mark up and possibly have it marred up by the workers installing the interior finishes.

Not sure if there will be Juliet balconies, but here is a pic from this weekend... these are actually looking pretty good, with the alternating shades of grey brick..
