With 133 Hazelton taking flight now, how long will it be before these 2 property become another development since they could use it?

Another nice curve building would look nice here.

181 Davenport (Mizrahi Devl)

I thought I started a thread last year for 145-181 Davenport, but can't find it.

The sales office opens in Aug. The sign say 181davenport.ca but comes up as

How old is the existing building by the way?

It has some streamline moderne aspects that I find interesting.

There is a render on the back cover of the September 2012 Toronto Life. The building takes all of its cues from 133 Hazelton and continues them around bend on Davenport (eg. the 5th floor cornice / setback). I count 12 floors.
