What will become of this sales centre? Would be a nice spot for a mid-rise itself...
 
The houses themselves look great. And Passivhaus standard no less.

But it's interesting that the sales centre is at least a kilometre from the actual site. A bit cynical, that.
 
big launch is this week. I'm curious to see the floor plans as I can't seem to wrap me head around the layouts from the photos on the site.

yah the floor plans are up on the website and they're quite good. but starting at 1.1million they should be.

none of them have main floor powder rooms though which really surprises me. Perhaps they're offering that as an option or an upgrade, but not on the main plans. that's a huge surprise, you'd think at that price they'd find a way to squeeze in a powder room
