The community may fight this one, considering the number of mature trees on the site.

Difficult to sell. There are people buried there. A first nations group nearly acquired the site last year, until that was disclosed.

It's a dog park now.

Some developer will scoop that sliver of land for a 9-10 storey retail/condo bldg.
