    Sounds like another new condo development on Rutherford at Bathurst (NW Corner). I don't like to call this development a plaza because I feel it is beyond that title. Although it couldn't work Downtown, for the suburbs the Rutherford Marketplace is the benchmark for commercial development. I will try to keep UT posted when any information comes out.

    Cupcake Shoppe going in at Rutherford MarketPlace which is a popular Toronto store for cupcakes. This development is looking much more on the high end.

    Yup, the latest document related to this project I was able to find is this approval from the OMB, dated Dec 2013.

    According to this presentation:
    Entitlements received for the third and final phase to add 50,000 sq ft of Retail, and 240,000 sq ft GFA of Residential with 230 condominium units.
    Plans are being revised to reflect the current design of the third phase which will include 35,000 sq ft of Retail and 190,000 sq ft
    of Residential GFA. Expect to start construction in Summer 2015, with expected completion of
    Retail and Residential in mid-2017.
