Vantage points for watching highway traffic?

Does anyone know of any places I can (legally) park or walk to in Toronto to watch highway traffic?

I think it'd be cool if there was a hill or something offering a good view of a big interchange or long stretch of highway(s).

There is the hill at Canoe Landing Park (Cityplace) that looks onto the Gardiner, and any highway overpass in the city.
