    And whole bunch more sites which I tweeted about earlier today, all imo coming sooner rather than later. Source: Page 4 of this tall buildings study: http://www.mccarthy.ca/pubs/ccdecision.pdf

    This is the site between the future Empire tower and Hazelton Lanes.

    Other sites include:

    144 Avenue Rd SW corner Davenport Rd--the Ends/Sketchly block.

    99 Church Street at Richmond St East

    260 Church Street at Dundas St East (Pizza Pizza)

    625 Church Street between Charles & Hayden

    128 Richmond Street East (Hertz lot) including Queen Street East frontage at Jarvis

    Some of the sites even name the architects they're working with...

    Regarding the thread subject: remember that the existing complex put Diamond & Myers on the architectural map 40plus years ago...

    So i assume its a late 1960s early 1970s building
