Fully furnished, for comfort rather than style. You can walk to U of T in less than half an hour. The bedroom has a double bed and lots of closet space. The den has a high-speed Internet connection, desks, shelving, Wi-Fi and a printer.
The LR with adjacent dining space is very comfortable with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a panoramic view south that includes the CNN Tower and Lake Ontario. There's a wrap around balcony, with chairs and a table for the summer.
Includes in-suite laundry, 40" flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed Internet. The building has a gym, 24-hour concierge, a whirlpool and meeting/social rooms that can be rented. The building's main floor contains Starbucks, a deli and a bank.
It's located at St Clair W and Bathurst so everything is steps away -- bus, streetcar, subway, Loblaws, library, great restaurants, ravines and parks, a Saturday farmer's market. It doesn't come with parking but there is parking nearby and it's possible to rent a spot in the building. There are car co-ops nearby -- two Zip cars on the premises and three Autoshare vehicles across the street.
