The applicant's concept plan proposes two condominium apartment buildings of 13 and 12 storeys having a total of 276 dwelling units and a maximum height of approximately 44 metres (144 feet) located on the western portion of the site. These buildings would be connected by a 2-storey lobby and common amenity building and include 1,065 m2 of commercial space on the ground floors of the two towers. Proposed on the eastern portion of the site are 30 three storey townhouse units in 6 blocks. A total of 314 residential parking spaces are proposed of which 35 would be dedicated for visitors. Parking for the towers would be provided in a multi-level below grade parking garage having 284 spaces and 30 parking spaces would be provided within at-grade garages for the townhouses. The development is proposed to be served by private streets with access provided from a driveway off Tippett Road.

Interesting.

This is currently the TTC Wilson Southeast parking lot. Does the TTC no longer need that surface lot? (Wilson has three more surface lots, one northeast of the station, one southwest, and a small pay and display lot near the drop-off/pick-up and bus terminal.)

This would follow Gramacy Park and The Station condos the immediate area.

Doesn't matter, they can go underground. They're a complete waste of valuable space that needs to be densified.

the third project at the corner! the other two are Gramercy Park Condos (500 units, 12 storeys, 525 Wilson Ave) and The Station Condos on the Subway (14 storeys, 388 units,545 Wilson Ave) ...too many at the area??

What are you talking about too many at the area??????

This area needs more development as industry has left the area dead. I guess you love all those free empty parking spots there that need to go if not paying to park there in the first place.

Do you know there not 3 development for this area, but 5????

Bring a dead thread back for that posting is a waste of bandwidth time.

Project now marketed as 'The Rocket' by Metropia ... revised proposal with one larger massing rather than the original 2 tower built form, remains at 13s
