Sold our listing in The Hudson tonight with 5 offers. Right location + right building + right suite + great marketing = SUCCESS!

In 2002 that unit was ~$169,900 pre con, crazy how King W has changed so much since then, as well as where it's heading in the next 10 years.

Our clients didn't get in at the bottom, they purchased the assignment from the first buyer. But they did well. It's amazing to think units like that will eventually be $1M!!! But the person who bought a bungalow in Leaside for $30,000 would have never imagined builders would buy them for $900,000 to simply tear them down!
