Condominium - 202 Bathurst Street (north of Queen)

---

Sneak peek at our upcoming project by Teeple.
Still a work in progress, this is a preliminary render. Thought I'd share with the fine folk of UT.
More information and updated renders to follow.

ud: Render Pornstar, perhaps?
calvin: buzzkill!

I'll be posting updated renders, initial concepts that didn't make the cut and shots of the interiors in the coming weeks.
As a frequent reader of this forum, I'm always intrigued by how projects evolve and the debate triggered by the various incarnations of
buildings. Hope to be able to provide some insight into this project for those interested.

For some reason, I'm not too keen on this building. Maybe it's that big square block on top of the black portion that throws things off?

Interesting design. I do like it, but It feels very masculine and a bit violent. The sharp edges imply that part of the building has been whacked off by a cleaver.

The "big square block" are the double-storey penthouses. The idea is a wild "dress" of zinc over a pure, glass core (that is visible at retail-base and pent-house top).

Interesting take! I think if we softened the edges, the design would be too mild, too apologetic.
