The building looks like it's going to be nice, but I sure hope Streetcar fixes up their customer service. I bought a unit at 2 Gladstone, and their service is horrible. If you need something fixed, you're pretty much on your own. They'll take weeks to get back to you, and then only after you call them and email them 50 times. Usually they just end up passing the buck or blaming the problem on someone else. Or they just simply ignore you. Streetcar builds ok looking buildings, but it seems like they've grown to big for their own good, and simply don't have the manpower to fix all the problems in each unit. Unless you have a good lawyer and lots of time in your hands, I wouldn't recommend buying there.
