I couldn't find any threads about this project. I drove by this site this morning and snapped a quick picture. Apparently it's luxury condos?

Originally, it was "starting from 168 000$" but 2 days ago they changed it to 188 000$ -- I frequent a cafe just west of here.

Developer is: VHL Developments

They did the Markham/Sheppard Condos -- I don't see anything special at all here.

Pretty ugly, but considering its location and price, it is somewhat tolerable. Looks like 3 x 20-ish floors, good density for lame intersection. Not liking what appears to be surface parking though, retail plaza wtf?

The partial rendering doesn't look all that bad in my mind ... but judging from the crap pair of towers VHL built at Markham Rd & Sheppard Ave that called 'Markham Place', I don't have much faith/hopes for this development

Found this other thumbnail image which shows all 3 buildings:

I find that render very misleading
A) we all know this building with aesthetically lack -- however, not bad for the area.
B) as far as I am aware -- (im 90% sure on this) the scotia bank on the very corner is still owned by Bank of Nova Scotia--has no plans to sell and ergo, will not be part of the development--so the open courtyard seen that tried to mimic the Midland/Lawrence development won't be anything like shown.

The website has been updated with a lot more info.

I like the density and new residents that this will bring to the neighborhood, but the design and site plan are atrocious. It's like a glass version of the slab rental towers built in the 60s.

The portion fronting Lawrence is pretty good. Quite urban in how it meets the street which is quite different than the 60s towers. Even the north tower hits Birchmount pretty good. All you need is the Scotia property to be rebuilt properly and you've got a pretty cool urban corner.
