Default oneeleven (111 Bathurst St at Adelaide, Harhay/Carttera, 17s, Core)

Just got news this site has been sold, working on confirmation of which large Toronto developer bought it (not Freed.) Expect something taller here--20s or higher?

Any reason to believe it would be >20s? I think most of the buildings that have come up in that area were in the 10-15s range.

Waddingtons is moving out in September but dont know when the Office furniture business is leaving. I cant see this being 20 stories plus - nothing around here is including the Lamb building going up at Adelaide and Brant.

How can you see it as 20+ stories? There is a secondary plan in place that defines allowable height, and so far, the tallest structures are in the 50 metre range.

SE Corner of Bathurst & Adelaide $17.91M, 0.459acres. Can't wait to see what HCML has planned here!

If they take over that parking lot to the east, that would made even better for a bigger project.

Is the parking lot to the north included?

The parking lot to the East is owned by Boymelgreen and a rendering is posted for 2 buildings - see thread for 525 Adelaide Street West.

Urban dreamer - you initially posted that Pure Plaza bought this site, then Harhay and now Carttera. Where are you reading this?

Basically an updated version of Freed's 650 King project next door, looks the better for it although where's the red brick?

Red brick would look nice, or even brown.
Black or gray brick is quickly becoming tiresome.

I agree. What's the deal with all the black brick being used now?

With that said, this one looks great!
