Grand Genesis Platinum Release

Well, technically tomorrow's event is an event that I'm running (I am a platinum agent with Guizzetti Developments).

The public launch won't be for about a month. I had a meeting with the developer this morning and almost all of the units from the first tower are allocated. They are very serious about getting LEED Gold Certification.

We were able to get almost the whole 8th floor for the second tower, and a number in the first.

The floorplans are really nice, square and very little waste of space. Unfortunately we have been asked to keep the renderings, floorplans, and prices off the internet until the public launch.

Platinum Release is in Full Swing

Platinum Release update: Apologies for the late reply, thanks for the update Rahim. We were allocated 15 units, and have sold about half of them. Today there was a flurry of deals including agents who are buying for their own personal investments.

Tomorrow we will be at the office all day and will hopefully sell out the remaining units.

The entire first building has been reserved, but not sold (email me if you have no idea what that means)

Grand Genesis (Guizzetti) - Glass Couture

Has anyone bought a place in this building? It seems that it's all sold. Really? If it is then it's quite remarkable for a project to completely sold out in couple of months.

It is not a complete suprise given that the project is really not all that big ~

Now that grand genesis development is completely sold out, can someone provide the assessment in terms of value proposition in this building? Is it worth buying a two bed room/two bath 1400 sq ft condo here including two parkings at $700K - will it ever resell? From the looks of it this may turn out to be great building in a very good location but the builder is new and untested on his own, however has experience with Empire for some years.
