Studio on Richmond (Aspen Ridge Homes) - Real Estate -

Has anyone here bought a unit and gone through decor appointment? Not sure what to expect from the available choices...

Went ok. not many options to customize in the washroom which was a little disappointing, but overall what's available in the basic package was decent. The assistant at the appointment said a lot of people didn't do any upgrades.
 
Just got closing cost on my unit - no closing cost just a few misc. charges! is this common? i didn't believe it when the sales office told me earlier but that's a pleasant surprise...it did took longer than i'd expected to close although i am on the lower floor, but overall it was a relatively no-hassle pre-con experience...
 
Does anyone know whether Studio 2 has a 2-pipe system (heating in winter only, AC in summer only) or a 4-pipe system (each individual unit can have heating or cooling at any time of the year)?
