I purchased a 1-bedroom unit with balcony (I think one of the smaller units of the building) - here are some quick shots from earlier this week. I'll be moving in next week and will follow up with some better photos.

View from the living space, looking out to the balcony and bedroom:



Looking at the kitchen, which is located at the back (interior) side of the unit. At the top you can see exposed concrete ceiling where the ceiling tops out at 9'. Other portions of the unit are at varying heights, as you can see from the drywalled bulkheads.

One side of the bathroom - other side has tub. It's a pass through configuration, allowing for access from the living space, or directly from the bedroom (via a walk-through closet):
