The 53-storey tower, about 80% sold, is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, and developed by Cadillac Fairview with Graywood Developments Ltd.
The one day event will be held on April 30th, and those interested in suites here are required to register online in advance. A brochure packed with information about the building, including floor plans and the one-day prices, will be mailed to those who register. Appointments will be made to tour the model suite commencing at noon. Prices in the building will rise on May 2nd following the event.
