Hello,
I put an offer for this property (new condo) and my bank (one of the big 5's) came back with mortgage approval with conditions, one of them being 'Drive By Appraisal Required'.
Is it common? and what will happen and what I should do in this case?
I have financing condition in the offer.
Bank asked $250 for the appraisal.
Any thoughts / advices will be greatly appreciated!
