What are your opinions on this condo in Ottawa?

not a bad layout from a NE corner unit with E exposure.
don't know Ottawa so no clues as to what's it's facing.

i like the size of the bedrooms, both with windows and adequate closets !
their door placements makes furniture arrangement in the LR/DR and bedrooms easier.

do you know if the balcony is accessible from both the main bedroom and LR?

they could have maximized the space by re-arranging the entry/foyer, closet and main bathroom; and provided more storage space in the kitchen and made a den.

my real only dislike is the bathroom door placement ... it's not the most esthetically pleasing to see the toilet when ever the door is open.

I think the tiled foyer is a nice touch to the entryway and I like the flow into the living/dining.

Both bedrooms are a really good size and laid out nicely.

I think this is a great floor plan.

You can get to the balcony from either living room or bedroom. There's also a pillar in the corner.

For anyone who's ever lived in Ottawa, from an investment point of view, AVOID living on the Vanier Parkway. The stigma attached to this part of town is horrible and even with a brilliant view or floorplan (yada yada and all the new builds going up) your investment will not accrue sufficient value. I'd run. But that's must my HO.
