looking to buy Aria condo

I am looking at low-mid 300s for a 1 bedroom + 1 den. Preferably facing south on higher floor. I know there are a few in the mid 300s right now on the market. Trying to skip agent fees and get a better private sell deal.

Hmmm, suite 511 in tower two (650 square feet, 1+1) just sold yesterday for $356,600 (or $549 per square foot), so you're in the right ballpark for pricing. I do know however that the 1+1 seem to be the most in demand units at the moment. This one sold in three days for 99% of asking, and a smaller one sold last week in two days for just over asking price. If you're very serious let me know. There may even be a few suites listed privately on our bulletin board that I can check for you.

I take it that's suite #911 in building 20? If so, just for reference, the same model on the 5th floor of building 20 (Suite 511) just sold for $356,600 (asking was $359,000) after only a few days on the market. So far that's the second highest price per square foot sold at $549 (highest was in the $560's).
