Ugh, this area is slowly turning into Kirkor-ville. I'd rather a jumble of 1970s concrete slabs over this.

Between Jade and TwentyOne Clairtrell, the latter is definitely a much more refined looking condo (even if it is Kirkor) ...

Construction is underway on this project.

If it wasn't for checking 500 Sheppard out, would never had taken photos of the site, since it off my travel path. Its one block north of Sheppard and one block west of Bayview. There is a church on the south end of the site. A ho hum building.

Taken today. Work is underway on the ground floor parking and to the South of the site the 2nd level of ground parking is taking shape.

To the East of the site, nothing is happening with Jade Boutique condos yet.

Wow this project turned out rather good looking .... I quite like the precast stone finish 'pillars' and the window/spandrel arrangement within each bay

This project is both warm and contemporary. It is one of the very few buildings out in the suburbs that we could look into replicating closer to the core.

As the inner suburbs become denser, this type of building is much more desirable than poorly executed modernism or faux Victorian styles.
 
It taken me 8 months to get back to shoot this site considering I been by it enough sine I got home in September.

This has to be one of the best low-rise I have seen in a long time. I hope Jade that is next door comes close to this one, as both will be a welcome addition to the area as well an improvement as to what there now.

People have moved in, but most of the units are not finish both inside from what I could see, but on the outside.
