not many, not with the quality of materials and finishes that are used in Montreal, just have a look to the kitchens and bathrooms, the windows, or the materials they use to finish the hallways

Historic building conversion projects are very common in Toronto, particularly industrial lofts. Given the volume of these projects, I'm sure there are plenty of projects comparable to the likes of Wilson Lofts in Montreal. Tip Top Lofts was a much more impressive industrial conversion than Wilson Lofts.
