What this design has to do with the real Key West (a place I know very well) is a total mystery to me.

good find ray_vic !! and welcome to UT ~
This image really shows how 36 + 42 Park Lawn is really just 'wedging' in a tower on their site which represents poor site planning

Can't wait to look left when leaving my townhouse and seeing a string of garbage towering above Mimico creek.
At least the tallest (Westlake) looks great.

We have a front page article up, talking with Councillor Mark Grimes about all of the surrounding park land development, which also touches on transport in the area.

Has anyone noticed the recent billboard put on the site for Key West condos? It basically mentions luxurious living by the lake at competitive pricing. Starting at 237,000.
burka, a 100% guarantee that it will look like shit!
check out my future toronto renders, complete with colour coding of the stages of construction!

Construction has started... Hoarding has gone up on Park Lawn and there is a shoring rig on the adjacent site.
Demolition permits have been issued and they're waiting on excavation permits.
Here I thought that this project wasn't even going to reach breaking ground.
Is there anything planned to help alleviate the future congestion of Park Lawn?
