X2 Condos: Not sure if this is an issue with the builder, but the elevators are always broken. Sometimes 2 go down at once. Also the fire alarms seem to be impossible to reset, there's always a problem with the pannel, taking hours to turn off the alarms. Sometimes they can go on all night.

Moving trucks are very frequent now as the building fills up. Last I checked there were 41 for sale and 36 for rent.

A little late, but Florida Jacks right beside Sunrise Records has closed. I think that bar under it would be going next, if it isn't already closed down. I went to the gym after my vacation only to see a sign saying "Closed for business"

Is it just me, but does anyone else notice that ice forms on your windows? Then the water melts and causes the baseboards to rot.

The glass is going up on the north east corner. Is the south tower going to be occupied while the north tower is being finished?

Here are some pics I promised. The first one shows them pouring the concrete on the UFO looking structure. The second is the inside crew working at around 5:15pm. I saw one painting and another putting up some dry wall.

Yeah, I could take some shots on Monday. Sometimes they work past dark and the inside lights help to see what's inside.
