the building is all but sold out after just 1 month in platinum sales. amazing the developer offered a very strong guaranteed rental program and investors bought these units up so fast that they didn't even have to go to a VIP agent sale or anything like that.

Average $psf is $700 which means the tower suites are more than $700psf and the podium suites are less.

Platinum VIP event is not over. VIP will start after that and the probably public opening sometime after that. Sales are going quite well from what Im seeing and hearing. Not as hot as Massey and INDX but hotter than most other new launches we've seen so far this year.

EDS is releasing their lower floor, podium level suites very soon to the Platinum-level agents. Should be some very nice suites with MASSIVE terraces if anyone is looking for a backyard in their condo :D Lots of competition in this area now with Ocean Club releasing more floors, Conservatory...

I just checked out the model suite at Monde today. It looks quite nice. Good quality appliances, nice fixtures in the bathrooms, good design aesthetic. They are having some extra incentives for purchasers right now to try to jolt sales, nothing too dramatic, just some cash discounts ($10-15K)...

the towers are so dominant on the skyline and so vertically imposing that most people will probably never even notice there is a podium. agreed though, as you approach the buildings at street level and for the people living in these buildings and going in and out every day, a podium-less version...
