Can someone shed some more light on how closing dates work. I was told that a building must be registered when they have 80% occupancy. Building 4 pretty much as 98% occupancy, why haven't they closed and registered the building?

Yes I can't wait to see what they do with those. I am really liking the balcony glass on the 2nd tower. I think that building will actually look nicer than tower 4 but they will compliment each other. I'm pretty sure tower 4 will be registered by the end of December as well.

As Drum mentioned only Tower D or 4 has occupants up to the 28th floor. By the end of November they will be up to the 40th floor and by December it should be fully occupied. I'm not sure when occupancy will begin on Tower 5.
