no word from the builder but for sure the retail space that is separated from the building will be a restaurant. The other small retail spaces on the ground floor might still be open for leasing. Onni is quite picky in accepting tenants for the retail spaces that they have.

Thank you for the info. I emailed the customer service but they did not respond to me on when will be my PDI date. The sales centre people said I will be contacted once it's close to the date.

Hey! How was your PDI? My unit is in the 35th floor and haven't received any PDI date yet, mine probably will be on June. Make sure to record all the deficiencies. On the previous Westlake project they responded quickly.

Agree! There's nothing special about Southbeach. Aside from the noise coming from Gardiner and train tracks, it does not have a decent view of the lake due to the taller buildings which are more closer to the lake. It doesn't even have a decent retail shop. Westlake has Metro, major banks...

The project is on time. I just got a letter from the builder yesterday stating that my tentative occupancy date is May 28, 2018 and my unit is on the 35th floor.

Whatever they build whether it's a retail shops or GO train station I'm fine with it as long as it's not towers of residential condos. There's enough density in the area already and we can not afford another tower of condos aside from the ones that were already planned.

In the unit floor plan there are indoor living square footage and outdoor living square footage. Indoor should refer only to the inside of the unit and should not include the balcony which is considered as the outdoor living space.

Hmmmm! I just checked the draft of the dimension and mine seems like 501 sq ft. I bought a 1 bedroom 537 sq ft unit. I'm going to Humber Bay tomorrow for the festival, I might go to the sales centre to check this.
