My critique is that the design of this building is particular was very well executed. Firstly, the detailing was execlintia and highly sophisticated. I find it very easy to appreciate the form and the greater picture of this design with the capping, flashing, coping, mullions, spandrel, panels...

Thank goodness for this development. A few years ago it was SO busted and ugly. So glad it's more chic and rich looking.

Agreed, many areas of Toronto that would otherwise look not so bad look pretty dumpy because of all the utility poles (especially the wooden ones), and power lines.
