Had a letter today informing me that my occupancy has been delayed again, from August 20 to October 24.

To confirm, that's a second letter of delayed occupancy being sent out?

Has anyone done their pre-delivery inspection yet? How did it go?

not to say it's simple, but it seems like the construction will be pretty similar to buildings like 75 portland, so it's not as if it hasn't been done.
