I hope the newer builds have reliable glass installation. Here, the builder is Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen. The pre-construction brochure marketed "energy-efficient windows" so we'll see how this building turns out in a few years.

Looks like folks want an expansion of the greenbelt Whereas other parties are opposed Since the mandate is to review the greenbelt every 10 years, does that mean the protected lands could be reduced? Or is the greenbelt (in its current state) protected forever?

The Sound Academy is going to become the replacement for Guvernment. How will the area deal with the noise from the venue and patrons after the club? I heard there are many complaints due to the SA being a noisy concert venue. But turning it into a huge night club may have more rowdy folks in...
