Yup, 2nd floor has people living on it. 3rd floor as well this week and next week. FWIW I am an owner here as well. Very nice building, I have been quite impressed with the development from start to finish.

Haven't gone by in a while, but this is about a month away from occupancy. They should be putting many of the finishing touches on it

The power lines don't bother me either. Streetcar lines, power lines, that's Toronto, I don't even think twice about it.

Nice -- so it doesn't seem like it's fully topped off quite yet. Really nice progress though, I believe it's supposed to be completed by January.
