Hm... not sure what size mine is, but I'm more interested in those environmentally friendly filter that I saw at Home Depot, it is reusable and all you need to do is wash it once in a while. Not sure if it filter as good as those disposable ones though.

The quality of tenants plays a big role in the overall experience of the condo as well, I can't believe that our hallway carpet was ruined the first week they install it on 5th floor, some people have a leaking garbage bag when they taking their garbage out, and now it just look horrible around...

I have content insurance, you could talk to your insurance company and tell them you live in a condo which already have building insurance, it is very cheap compare to car insurance. Building insurance is included in our maintenance fee I think.

I notice lots of cars parking at visitor's parking disappear after the long fire alarm lol, I guess some resident decides to go to visitor's place to have a good night sleep.

I guess your best bet is to take a photo of it and show them when they come, or if it dry out and they'll have to come back again. Probably a tactic to push things to a later day to fix :P

Did you manage to contact them and put it on your list? cause those not on PDI and they did not add it on the list will not get fixed

That's great, it takes many "thunder storms" to find the leak :) hopefully they fixed the leak toward garage too. (I saw them digging around the turn around circle and that was approx the location of the leak that we saw when we entering the garage)

Yeah, it is crazy, When the fire alarm stopped, I saw those fire trucks leaving, and not even before they get out to fairfax cres, it start blazing again. For some reason when they came the 2nd time, they did not stop the fire alarm.... I think we have a pretty sensitive fire alarm system, so...

I do know that my bell internet and rogers cable was having issue briefly, about 10 minutes or so and then it came back. If you have home phone issue you should call bell.

My AC never really cold, and once it have the same issue as yours, seems not lowering the temperature so I turned it off and after a day it came back, so maybe it is the central pump that's having issue?
