No problem. My lawyer told me no need to go to the court on Sept 2nd. He said this should be a pretty simple and quick court ordering and should approve the protocol for the return of deposit moneys held by Bratty same day. But anyway I will share information as I can. God bless!

My deposit is with Bratty as well. It seems the project had two parts. One is residential condo and another is commercial properties. Bratty hold the deposit for residential condo and Cho held commercial's. Bratty is a big and famous law firm. So far I feel lucky money is in good hands. Waiting...

Yes, I just got one lawyer to deal with Bratty. I paid $200 for all the paper work. Not sure if your deposit in trust account with Bratty or others.
