AC system anyone having trouble with their AC system? i tried turning it on..... but only the fan turns on ... no cool air.... tried to reset the system.... not working.... i wonder if it is because they haven't turned on the central AC system yet? or is my AC broken again?

let me get this straight... you are saying people that live in the ST should have to walk around the building because people in the NT have a crappy view?? i'm sure if you guys had elderly parents or grandparents that lived with you, you would want them to have access to the closer entrance...

i talked to the security guard about this.. he said the fobs only works in your own building... which sucks because people who commute from the RT station at STC would have to walk outside to the other entrance in the cold which is kinda stupid ... its just a huge inconvenience, i hope enough...

same thing happened to me..... a chunk of glass fell and now i have glass bits on the trim of my window and my balcony... happened around 11pm last week... didn't bother reporting it

i think there are tons of unsold units in the building... and the lockers are probably reserved for the new buyers as an incentive to buy the units... most of the 1 bedrooms are sold... just the 2 bedrooms left the last time i was at the sales centre...... theres probably a slim chance you will...

anyone looking for a locker? i have one available for rent, i don't have any use for it at the moment, its in a very good location, its not one of the lockers that is cluttered with 20 other lockers in a room on the 2nd floor... its actually in the P3 near the entrance in the elevators.... easy...

when you fill out the form at the gatehouse.. you can tell the security guard to put a note on the form to tell them to call you before they perform the work... i did and they called ... hope this helps

They apparently come with security that's what I've been told They ccame in and fixed my ac today

Update: ac still broken but good news is I just got confirmation for a locker! I didn't think there was any lockers left!!

sounds like you have a wiring problem.... mine on the other hand is officially broken... "compressor not working" they will send an A/C technican to fix it..... SUCKS big time!!

my A/C suddenly turned HOT as well... went to gatehouse and filled out a form to fix it.... they came in today to fix it when i wasn't home.....still not working as of right now... filled out another form..... see if it gets fixed tmr......

I read the contract .. and it said there was a 30 dollar charge for the account setup fee in the first month... i signed up for the pre authorized debit... soo the 160 was waived... i have yet seen the actually bill yet..... cuz the post office closes early at 5 and still on strike.... arghhh...

enercare bill......... a bit high??? has anyone recieved their enercare bill yet? i called their customer service centre today was was told my bill was $54 dollars... my occupancy date was May 11, and i haven't even moved in yet... i only go there time to time to do minor work in there, turned...

nothing to worry about, they will contact you 2 weeks before your occupancy date to set up PDI

soo you brought the Maple.... good choice IMO, i think its better than OAK, don't really like the laundry in the Den, i wonder why the sq footage would change... someone probably messed up the calculations.... or its their way to get more maintenance fees? lol
