    Yea, but Menkes needs to build the (3?) highrise towers west of Sugar Wharf to allow for a PATH connection to One Yonge, and that's probably 10 years later. I don't see how Menkes will come back to Sugar Wharf and spend tens of millions of $ on actually building the connection.

    How confident are we regarding the PATH connection to Sugar Wharf? I think the chances of it happening are pretty low, considering by the time the infrastructure is ready to build the connection, Sugar Wharf will be long built with residents moved in, we'll come back to the same old question...

    Minimum lease term in Toronto condos

    In Toronto, typical condo buildings require a minimum lease term of 6 months or 1 year, and of course there are those ones that allow AirBnb. Out of curiosity, does anyone know if there are buildings that allow atypical lease terms, say 4 months, 8 months? ?
