i think the disappointment is when a builder promises to delivery something and fails to meet anyones expectations.... i mean...my expectations was to have cdn tire/home depot type floors....not some super shiny epoxy looking floors....and they still missed the boat.... for those feeling...

Not sure if this is the best place for this...but I'll leave it to the admin's to relocate if necessary :) I recently took occupancy of a soft loft and was a bit disappointed with the finished product of 'polished concrete floors' From asking around - the 'best' / cost effective solution...

casaguy.....if you could provide an update on a resolution or if 'mobilia' helped you out or not....it would be appreciated.... mobilia had several items that caught our eye...but obviously reading this we are definitely reconsidering...thanks!

phase 1 actually consists of the 3 buildings in your pics......549 king east...569 king east and 52 sumach..... the demolished site on the north side of king is 510 king east and is considered ph2.....

i know of some people with pdi's this week and are moving in around the 15th.....i'd be curious to see the finished product and get any feedback also!! i'd be surprised if 549 is done by July....it took 569 about 5 months to complete AFTER the exterior was complete and all the windows were in...

yeah.....its neat how everything is mapped out visual...and you can get a view of the area using google streetsview.... i was using it to map out the 'east side' get an idea of 'investment opportunities' and checkout how many new developments are going up and their timelines etc etc.... I...
