    I really love the location and I currently live in this area, actually I was considering that condo as one of the options for my next home, but I have some concerns... 1. The builder has no highrise experience (afaik). 2. "Valet only" - does it mean you have to wait every time you need to take...

    Anybody has the current pricing? Last time I saw the price list it looked like pre-con units in The One are more expensive than already built units in 1 Bloor East across the road :( I wonder if those prices are adjusted or they stay the same high?

    1. It looks like some of the exoskeleton structure elements are located right by the windows. Will they be partially blocking the view from a windows? 2. Could those elements be the potential source of noise when it's windy? Thank you!
