    Every unit has one or more HVAC (heating and a/c) electrical systems. I have 2 since its a larger unit (which I think is stupid). I don't know how this works but we don't have any compressors in balconies. There must be a common one which all the units are attached to.

    I think "elegantly landscaped" usually implies greenery! What about the other issues mentioned previously, the upkeep of the building and building PDI? Is that done? Working on it? It's just over a year and there are lots of things that need to be taken care of.
