Go for it. You've got nothing to lose.

Lost Road and Bridge: Lawrence Avenue

This house is just down the street from me. I'd go over there if I wasn't such a wuss. I wonder if this is a custom built home by Henry Fleiss? He designed several custom houses in this general area--such as: The Yarmon House at 91 Laurentide Dr. (this should be a heritage building)...

That would make it as long or longer than St. James Park. The views Westward would be improved, as the bank buildings would be less obstructed--the Yonge St border would also look very nice, with the historic buildings on the West side of the street, complimenting the edge of the park. It...

Yes. The base is horrible--especially the cheap plastic black and grey siding along The Esplanade and Scott St.

I wish the Altus Group building would be demolished, so Berczy Park could extend to Yonge St.

It's too bad most of the ravine north of Donaree was filled in. It's interesting to see that there was also ravine land in the northern part of Railside--considering how industrial the area became. What is that property west of the O'Connor Mansion?

Is the existing building being demolished or are they building on the parking lot?

Beautiful complex--but the pathways could use a redoing in stone.

Isn't O'Connor Bowl (1951) the oldest bowling alley in the city? I had many a birthday party there when I was a kid. It is still pretty much in it's full original state. It should definitely be saved from redevelopment. Building a new bowling alley elsewhere to replace it won't offer the...

Leaside SmartCentre Addition (Laird-Eglinton 3s Calloway REIT)

A while back I read that John Parker demanded that the entire shopping complex be designed with high quality architecture. I guess kitsch qualifies as 'aesthetically pleasing'.

Toronto Architecture from the 1940's and 1950's

Is there any way that the landlord could be forced to return it to its original state?
