I am not sure I understand - my cap amendment is a long list of charges and all these charges are capped - from development charges, parks levies, eduction etc.

Yeah are credits will be different. Hopefully your lawyer can sort it all out! The document is confusing

All the charges are listed but at the bottom of mine there is a credit for the difference between the charges and the cap for around 25k

I would be guessing the delay is on the city’s side. I don’t think the developer gets paid until it closes.

The number I called was 1-877-982-7466 and they setup my account and gave me my enrolment number. Was a pretty fast call - like took 10-15 mins

Finally got the keys..

The occupancy date hasn’t changed so hopefully the deficiencies are all minor since it’s only a couple days between.

Anyone else keep getting their PDI date moved?

Given the number of units listed on MLS I am going to guess it’s a bit of a slower market
