Thanks! Construction has really flew by...I'm pretty sure Phase 1 will be moving in even with Phase 2 not being built yet...not sure how they're going to fill in the hole though...maybe some kind of temporary thing? I am in Phase 1 and the move in date is Spring 2015...that is quite optimistic...

The hallways are wallpapered. It's just the actual door itself that I was a little underwhelmed with. It's nice but I just expected nicer :p

Yupp! We picked the Walnut colour scheme. I'm quite pleased with everything! The main entry door is kinda meh...it's nice that there is a light shining on the unit number but the painting on the door and the hallways in general could probably be nicer. Maybe I'm just being a little too picky...

Hey guys! I'm on the third floor and had my PDI yesterday! Everything went great and I am very happy with the finishes! Only minor deficiencies. I'll attach some pictures here!

I passed by today and there was a big truck with all the bricks being loaded up the construction elevator onto the different floors. Attached a picture of the bricks!

Just received a letter from Concert. New tentative occupancy is July 17, 2013.

Agree that it's exciting to finally see some progress here after months of nothing much happening! From what I know, the issue was that when digging down and installing those wires (not sure what the term is) on the sides of the hole, the foundation of the existing buildings next to the site...

Word has it that the crane pad footing will be put in tomorrow in the afternoon! Glad to hear some more action happening on the construction site...has been stagnant for too long!

Just received a call as well pushing back our PDI inspection two weeks to mid-August. We are in Building A as well. Anyone from Building C have any comments as to the PDI or pictures :P

Yupp! I believe they are going to be reusing the brick for the new structure.

I've seen some of the renderings of the east side and yes, I do believe there will be retail on the ground floor. I also believe that there is a seniors' recreation centre or some sort of multi-purpose room for seniors or something located on the ground floor as well. Not sure where I read...

Thanks for the reply! Turns out we got a notice from Canada Post too today. Similar to yours, interim occupancy is end of August with PDI inspection at the beginning of August. I'm assuming interim occupancy is when we start paying the "phantom fees"?
