Not bad I know somebody who lives in one of the towers. It's not bad, good value for the time. You've got the subway really close, and as for security there's a Police Station down the street :)

If you're interested in new condos, Heron Hills and Emerald City are being built right around the DVP and 401. They won't be done until 2011 or later though.
