Wouldn't the 'pop out' balconies block off light or become a bit intrusive to the unit below? Especially the unit that are surrounded by 4 of these balconies. It will never see light again!

Nope, they are standards, but there is only a few standard options for the colors and style of the granite. The "kashmire white" granite is an upgrade. it looks like this:

Yes, thanks for pointing out there are a lot more upgrade options VerdaleG. I've updated the post to reflect that. I think it's better to upgrade things ourselves afterwards, since design centre are meant to rip you off with ridiculous prices...what do you think?

I believe only the lower floors of the tower portion is occupied. Many units has a "scheduled for PDI" sign posted on the door, so there will be a lot more activities happening here soon.

:mad: That's pretty bad for them to schedule PDIs when nothing significant is complete. Maybe you can call them and ask for another PDI to be done a few weeks prior to your move in date? Seems like a lot of dissatisfied owners in this project, hope they step it up and fix all of your problems!

The Florida floorplan is listed in the 1 bedroom category. I think he is talking about that 490 sq ft 1 bedroom unit, as oppose to the bachelor. Hope that helps!
