Haven on the Bluffs (VHL Developments) - Real Estate -

Convince them they should let you on the roof of the sales building to take some pics and they can sell out faster so you can move in :)

They are roughly 4.5 metres tall, you will need to move house. Expect an increase in your power bill too.

All of that super bright strained my little tool kit. This was the last easy pic of the day. This photo required more than I have to make it look good.

The tunnel will never be changed and there is no where to put a car under the L Tower. It is a pedestrian tunnel.

I could say this on almost every page of this thread but, gee I wish I took that picture.

I didn't mean to rock the green boat. The effort is there and I am sure it will improve in time. We've all seen lawns fail on the ground.

I second those good Cheers! Well, you couldn't stand around waving all day and I didn't get the good shot. :) I also have a picture of you tweeting but I dont think that's much more than a chuckle. It's too bad it was so overcast, not the best conditions for sMT magic. Still, I am very much...

I don't think there is any rendering that can represent how amazing it will look from the crane when the steel is done and maybe some exterior finish up there but there is one that comes close that Udo posted. It was back when we were talking about the Building Maintenance Unit. If you think...

Urban Toronto visits the L Tower Geepers, you don't look in here for a day and all kinds of good stuff happens. I will say that a little bird told me that the same buyer owns all of levels 57 and 58. That's hardly confirmation but it's a tidbit for the above conversation. I don’t mind...

It's a terrible angle and I can never figure out how to shoot it so it looks straight. Doesn't look much different from last time.

Nothing better that the rock that is there for foundation but it's expensive and time consuming to move and it would still be reinforced concrete for the rail tunnels. I am all for it but I am also sure it would cost big bucks.

I am not up to speed on long term plans, or short term even but it is worth noting that after you dig down 20 - 25' it's solid rock all the way. I'm all for it though, dig.

Thank you Razz, very nice. I really like the close up of the Steel roof of something, someone will tell us of what. The column forms in the middle of nowhere in the first pic in the second post made me laugh, I wish I took that picture.

From Friday This picture is from the floor of the LTower, not too sure what level. I had to make it loud so you could see something. Razz bring us closer. :D

That makes sense. I took this yesterday and you can sort of see that.

From Friday, a big pile of gravel in the hole, we might see some slab on grade next week.

Technical details above my station DSD but I took this from the crane tower yesterday. It gives an idea of the slope angle on the south and west face. What's up with the color change in the last two floors of windows as seen in sMT's photos above? Maybe they are just cleaner...
