Anyone had their maintenance fees go up recently? Did not get any updates about it...shouldn't really be surprised but shocked to see mine was increased by 12%.

Yeah makes sense. Button 2 on the fob opens the smaller door and I was under the impression everyone enters from the smaller door. The way the lane way designed on the larger door entrance/exit seems dangerous when I see cars flying out of the garage.

Question though...what's the point of having the smaller door entrance to the garage if people are using the bigger door to enter??

As far as I know...there is no limit except you needed to notify everybody - your lawyer, their lawyer so they can redo all the necessary documents before you pick up your keys. But trust me...I considered adding $20K-$40K more...under $50/mth less on occupancy fee.

This is correct. The 3.14% is fixed as well as the other common fees. The only way you could have lower your occupancy fees is deposit more down payments which I considered except when I did the math by adding say additional $20k more...it only lowered the occupancy fee by like $10-$15 dollars...
